A pending request needs the coach’s approval. Following a team does not include Premium video.

- Open Find a team from the homepage or Following page.
- Search for the team and open its team page. Check the city and age group.
- Tap Follow. For an invite-only team, sign in and request access, or open an invite from the coach.
- After approval, open Following to see the team’s schedule and games.

Why can’t I find my team?
Check the name, city, and age group. Ask the coach for an invite if the team is not discoverable.
Why is my follow request pending?
The coach needs to accept the request. Check back on the team page.
Why can’t I edit a game?
Only the coach or an authorized scorekeeper can score. A view-only page does not allow edits.
Why isn’t video playing?
The coach must be broadcasting, and you need the required game access and Premium. Check your connection, then retry.
Is live video recorded automatically?
No. Uploaded recordings are separate from the live broadcast.
Can I practice without changing real stats?
Yes. Open the practice game from this page. Leaving or restarting it clears the practice session.
